I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at Kanimambo. The place is paradise and the interior is done with so much taste and style ... just WOW. Also the cleanliness is amazing. Your team was turning every morning every single cushion to ensure everything is cleaned. We will definitely come again.

Kanimambo is a truly heavenly spot .. it’s how you imagine the world began, unspoilt and teeming with life and colour! What a special place to spend time, and made especially welcoming by Mendez and his wonderful staff who ensure that you don’t need to do anything but relax and look out to sea. Thank you Mike and Julie for showing us your beautiful lodge, we loved our trip there including the drive through the reserve and then through the forest to emerge onto the most magnificent seafront.

A 5 star house This is one of the most beautiful houses that we have stayed in. There are 4 separate bungalows all with full bedroom suites and indoor/ outdoor shower all having ocean view. It’s as good as a private 5 star hotel. Mendes and all staff are very good and good quality and cleanliness was excellent. Beach was peaceful and quiet. A beautiful view every minute of the day.

We've been traveling in Mozambique for the last 4 years and Kanimambo is definitely the best house we've visited so far. Beautiful, well kept, easy access to the beach, AMAZING staff...all of it in the best Mozambican beach.

Amazing house in a special place in the world.

The Machangulo Private Reserve is one of the most amazing places on earth.

The photos do not do the property justice. The home is magnificent with large bedrooms and bathrooms that all have a sea view. The staff were waiting to assist us with luggage and unpacking on arrival. Mendes is a fantastic chef and prepared delicious meals. Julie was quick to respond to all our queries. We will definitely go back to Kanimambo.

For the second time we've rented one of the most beautiful houses at the beach. We are preparing for the third visit… can't get enough. The staff is amazing, the beach is awesome, the house is perfect.

It was one of my best vacations ever. The place is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is excellent and they couldn't do enough for us. Especially Mendes. What a jewel. Totally professional and organised. The food was excellent. We went through the border in 30 minutes. We did all our shopping at Shoprite as you suggested and found everything we needed.

Dear Mike and Julie. You have created the most beautiful holiday home! Such a magnificent setting and each cottage a cool white oasis in the palette of greens, blues and earth tones. Our days where filled with spectacular sun rises, whale-sightings, ocean and pool dips, runs, bike rides, backgammon and beach bat championships, seafood feasts and full-moon risings. On top of this, delicious food and such thoughtful care from Mendes and the rest of the staff. Our holiday was everything we could have wished for.
